Key Responsibilities

  • Identify fresh prospects: Conduct research on target firms, compile contact databases, and pinpoint the primary decision-makers.

  • Evaluate incoming inquiries: Review leads, investigate each client’s potential, and rank opportunities for the sales team’s focus.

  • Customer Success: Nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Support sales operations: Create proposals and order documents, follow up with prospects, and help move deals through the sales pipeline.

  • Assist with events: Contribute to planning, preparation, and post-event follow-up for trade shows and industry gatherings to capture leads.

  • Maintain the CRM: Keep the CRM current with precise notes, proper pipeline stages, and comprehensive activity logs.

  • Support account management: Aid in renewal processes, upsell initiatives, and client review meetings to sustain strong, ongoing relationships.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in sales support, business development, or customer success roles.

  • A clear, confident communicator who also excels at active listening.

  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused, with comfort handling numbers, pricing structures, and sales metrics.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology, data-driven solutions, or SaaS products.
