2 – 5 years of hands-on experience in sales support, business development, or customer success roles.
A clear, confident communicator who also excels at active listening.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-focused, with comfort handling numbers, pricing structures, and sales metrics.
A genuine enthusiasm for technology, data-driven solutions, or SaaS products.
Curious and coachable — eager to absorb the Brego methodology and progress toward a full-funnel sales position.
Ethical and professional when managing customer information.
Proven familiarity with CRM platforms.
