Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate New Business – Identify high-potential accounts through targeted market research. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, initiating outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to secure discovery meetings.

  • Lead Qualification & Needs Analysis – Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover client challenges and assess fit with our solution portfolio. Prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic impact.

  • Solution Presentation & Demo Delivery – Deliver engaging, customized presentations and live demos that address each client’s unique needs, clearly showcasing value, ROI, and key differentiators.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Develop tailored proposals, manage pricing discussions, and coordinate contract negotiations through legal and procurement to secure win-win agreements.

  • Pipeline & Forecast Management – Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, track deal progress across stages, and provide reliable forecasts to leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with SDRs, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent client messaging.

  • Client Relationship Growth – Support post-sale success by staying involved in upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Customer Success on quarterly business reviews to identify expansion potential.

  • Market Intelligence – Stay informed on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies and strengthen our positioning.


What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, technology, or data-driven solutions.

  • Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets with a strong focus on pipeline generation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities; data-driven decision-making mindset.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

  • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality in managing client information.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.

  • A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
